Q. I'm still receiving faxes after I have asked to be removed, why?
A. There are 3 possible reasons:
  1. The fax number is not in our system or has been removed prior, this indicates a "re-directed" fax number coming through to your current fax number, to ensure that we have the correct fax number to remove, please check the "Top / Left" corner of the page, this should show the fax number that we are sending too, please inform us of this number. If for any reason you can not see the number, please include any other details that may help us to find the correct number to remove.
  2. Your fax number may have been included in further campaigns already loaded into our system prior to being remove, generally we do not build a campaign call list more than 7 days prior to starting it.
  3. We may not be the broadcasting company sending you further faxes, please ensure that you check the documents contents, header and footer to see which company is sending you the fax. Please refer to #1 if you are still receiving documents from us and contact us of the correct details and any other information that we can use, to remove the correct fax number.
Q. You have sent the same fax twice today?
A. We only include your fax number once per campaign, however, sometimes after the fax has been sent, the receiving fax machine reports a fault during transmission. Unfortunately this error does not say if the page has been sent, so therefore attempts a re-send (Maximum of 3 attempts).
Q. Can I only receive your faxes during the day?
A. Yes, please use the form on this page, select the Action to 'Send ONLY during the Day', include your fax number and we will make sure it is flagged 'send day only'.
Q. How can I improve my response?
A. Try targeting your FaxAd by location or trade. Think about who will be best served, what area or industry does your target belong too? Try adjusting your artwork and layout, remove the large black areas.
Q. Do you reach the residential homes?
A. No we only focus on businesses, however we do have some home businesses.
Q. What format can I design my FaxAd to send you?
A. We like MS Word, MS Publisher, PDF or TIFF files. 300DPI A4 paper size with 15mm gutter around all sides.
Q. I have my own database, can I use it instead of yours?
A. Yes, just email it to us. We will convert it free of charge and delete it once it has been used. We will NOT take a copy of it, or send it to a 3rd party.
Q. Can I get a copy of the names and fax numbers you sent my FaxAd too?
A. NOT on your life.
Our database is our intellectual property. We have built up and maintained this database for over 12 years.
And supplying the data contained in it without that person’s knowledge and approval is illegal.
Q. What areas can I send my faxAd to?
A. Just about anywhere.
We cover most of New Zealand, and have been doing so for many years. (See our NZ Database)
We also have a large Australian database, please Contact Us for details.
Q. Why are your FaxAd costs different from other fax broadcasters?
  • We have built up a very successful fax broadcast company for over 12 years.
  • We have built and maintained a highly valued database.
  • We respect the people that we fax too.
  • We have invested a considable sum of money into new and high-tech equipment which enables us to transmit approx 50,000 - 75,000 pages a day within New Zealand which enables you to get your message out very quickly.
  • We are able in most cases to have your FaxAd campaign completed within hours of us receiving it from you.
